We are located in Plano, Texas.

Do you charge sales tax?
Only orders shipped to destinations in the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax. 
What are your business hours?

What are my shipping options?
FedEx Express and Ground or USPS Priority Mail. 

Tell me more about your free shipping offer!
As long as the total in your shopping cart is $65 or over then shipping is on us.  In order to qualify, you must live in the contiguous 48 states.  This offer does not apply to wholesale customers. 

How quickly do you ship?
In most cases we ship every order within 24 hours.  

 Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we do not allow international orders via the website, but feel free to send us an e-mail (service@luckyscrubs.com) and we can work something out for you. 

What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. 
Also, we accept Google Checkout and Paypal. Sorry, no checks or money orders.   

I don't like ordering over the Internet. Can I order over the phone?
